The reason I love Farm Country so much for my toddlers is that they are learning or have recently learned all about farm animals and the noises they make. They are also old enough to begin learning about how a farm works and learning how to ride ponies and horses. I don't think there is any age that would be more excited by real live horses, sheep, and cows! They even bring a cow out sometimes and let the kids try to milk it!

There are live bunnies that they children can pet (but not pick up) and they have baby chicks and turkeys for sale for $6 each and they are just so cute!

The pygmy goats they have outside are the cutest things ever and they have all kinds of different sheep, llamas, and goats besides those for kids to see and learn about and even feed!

Then there are the chickens (not my favorite, but the kids enjoy them for a minute or two). My son likes making cock-a-doodle-doo noises at them and my baby waves to them. It's lovely. They're chickens.

Then, the main attraction: the pony rides! I've been when there was a half an hour wait and when there was no wait. I'm not sure what times are the busiest, but maybe try to avoid weekends and afternoons if you can if you want to skip the wait. The first time my boys did the pony rides, they were scared. Because they're little and the ponies are big. But the second time they loved it and they've enjoyed it more and more every time since!

The website says it's for children 3-12, but they let babies on as well if the parent walks beside them. And the babies look so cute, even if they don't know what's going on. :)

There is also a wagon ride (usually pulled by horses, but we've been before when it was a tractor), which is free and not too long. Definitely something fun for the little guys.

Then there's this room... this room is fantastic because I let my toddlers roam free and I can always see them as they play. It's just a play room, but it's contained and air conditioned and just right for the end of the trip or when you need a breather.

Farm Country is baby and toddler heaven and it is so reasonably priced for what you get! This is a must for anyone with littles living in or near Utah County.
